Equality, Diversity & Inclusion
It is our responsibility to you to ensure that every participant or athlete that attends our sessions receives the same level of support and respect. Being able to assess and differentiate individuals’ needs, and eliminate unlawful discrimination, harassment and victimisation and foster good relations between individuals is what makes a better coach.

We recognise the seven protected characteristics identified in the 2010 Equality Act, from which we have identified three key areas that will have the greatest impact on sports/fitness participation.
-
Disability;
-
Gender;
-
Race and ethnicity
We constantly work towards improving our coaching skills in support of the key areas and we also strive to safeguard Children and Adults from Risk of Harm.
